Marcia Meredith RN, NP,
Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner

The word Ayurveda is a combination of two Sanskrit words, Ayuh means life and Veda means knowledge. Translated the word means “the science of life” or “the knowledge of life.” The central philosophy of ayurveda is that the mind, body, and spirit/consciousness define a human being, and that physical health can be achieved only when it includes emotional, mental, and spiritual health.

See the next page for further information on Marcia’s practice.

Ayurveda is now taking root in our beautiful Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and in all of Minnesota!

Dear clients and friends of Ayurveda,

I have completed the move to my new office. My Ayurveda practice is now located in the Ivy Building for the Arts in South Minneapolis. This building is an old iron works factory located in the Seward neighborhood.

For those of you who have seen me at my home based Ayurveda practice, you may know that had been doing consultations out of the Uptown office since November of 2010. That office is now closed.

For those of you who have seen me at the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, I have made the decision to leave that practice and focus on my private practice. My private practice offers me more flexibility personally and professionally.

I am available for consultations and other treatments at the Minneapolis office. Thank you for your support.

Please email or call me to schedule an appointment. I prefer email if that is possible for you. If not, feel free to call me.

I look forward to meeting with you!

I am excited to be able to offer this holistic, ancient system of medicine as an option to, and in addition to, the other health and wellness opportunities you have in this area.

Ayurveda is the art of living in harmony with nature.
